White Center Cultural Center Proposal ~ 7-31-08


Above: Final plan to convert the former St. James Church to a cultural facility. It
includes 2 buildings with large and small spaces, a stage, and an outdoor ampitheater.
Among the architects were those who worked on converting the former Cooper School
to the successful Youngstown Cultural Center on Delridge SW. See interior details.
